We start with a free 30-minute discovery call to understand the goal, constraints, and rough scope. If it looks like a fit, you receive a written proposal within a few days outlining scope, timeline, price, and assumptions. No proposal, no commitment.

Lead time varies by month. Check the homepage for current availability, or just ask. Discovery calls usually within a week.

Mostly remote (Aalborg-based). Occasional onsite for kickoffs or critical workshops within Denmark, by arrangement.

Both. Fixed-price for well-defined projects (you know exactly what you'll pay). Time & materials for evolving work or smaller engagements. We discuss which fits best on the discovery call.

Most projects start around DKK 35.000 for a small focused build, and scale up depending on complexity. Consulting/advisory engagements can be smaller. We'll give you a real number after the discovery call — not before, because anything else would be a guess.

You do — fully. On project completion, all code, assets, and documentation are transferred to your repository. We don't keep escrow or reserved rights.
